I will arrive in Miami on 14 April 2015 and would like to travel by rail to Los Angeles to join the 7-day tour. How long would it take me to get to LA and would it be possible to join the tour after my arrival?
Thank you.
Dear Anna,
Thanks for your interest in Tours4Fun!
Please check the rail schedule for the arrival time at Los Angeles. You can have LAX Airport pick-up until 10:00pm, or self transfer to 1st night tour hotel to join the tour.
If you decide to join at the hotel, we will provide the hotel information once it is finalized.

Hello,
On day 2 on this tour, what would be the arrival time to Las Vegas after the trip to Grand Canyon? I've bought tickets for a show at 8 pm and would like to know if I'll be on time for that.
I'm travelling with my sister but she will stay more time in Las Vegas and I'll return to LA. Is it possible to get this option under the same booking?
Thanks.

Dear Maria,
Usually with this tour arrangement, you will not have sufficient time to also visit the IMAX attraction that you mentioned is available at the South Rim.
Please check with the tour guide when you join the tour, for specific timings as well.

Hi
We plan to book a this tour. About the optional tour that we have to pay an extra such as Antelope canyon, do we have to pay in cash or we can pay with credit card? If we choose not to buy an optional tour, do you provide another choice? About the service fee, the minimal is 7$ /day for driver and 7$ /day for guide, right?
Thanks
Dear Patty,
For the optional tours, you will simply have to inform the guide the day the attractions come available to let him know if you wish to partake in them paying the admission charges directly to the guide on tour.
Please pay with cash, as the tour guide cannot accept credit card, or check for the optional tours.
You do not have to take the optional tours, but you are highly recommended to because the optional tours are usually selected attractions or places of interest which you should not miss in order to have a more enjoyable travel experience.
Currently, the minimum service fee for the tour guide/driver is $7.00 per day per person.
Best Regards,
Tiana

Hi,
I would like to book my parents on the 7 day tour leaving LA, however can you please advise if it is possible for them to finish at Santa Barbara (rather than continuing on to San Francisco). If so, what is the cost? What days of the week does this tour depart?
Thanks
Dear Abby,
When your tour ends, your parents can choose to be dropped off at LAX airport after this tour. Then they need to arrange own transportation to Santa Barbara. Our drop off time to LAX will be approximately 7:30pm depending on traffic and weather conditions on that day.
